Executive Chef Craig Baker

Indiana native Craig Baker is the Executive Chef of Serliana and Astrea Rooftop Bar.

A culinary icon in Central Indiana, Chef Craig has brought The AMP at 16 Tech to life in recent years, served on-the-go cuisine out of his Ghost Mobile Kitchen and previously cooked in the kitchens of The Local Eatery and Pub, Bent Rail Brewery, Napolese, and Plow and Anchor. Prior to his time in Indianapolis, Craig worked at various restaurants in Pennsylvania and along East Coast. He then moved to Portland, Oregon and into the kitchen of Assaggio, an award winning authentic Italian restaurant, where he served as chef de cuisine.

Where is Serliana located?: Serliana is located on the 2nd floor of InterContinental Indianapolis at 17 W. Market Street in downtown Indianapolis. To get to the 2nd floor, enter through the hotel's main entrance and take the first-floor elevators to the 2nd floor, or the marble staircase.
Where should I park?: Valet parking is available for all Serliana guests at the front drive of InterContinental Indianapolis for $25. Several public parking garages and metered street parking options are also located nearby.
Does Serliana allow children?: Yes! Serliana welcomes children in the dining room from open to close. A children’s menu is also available for guests under 12.
Is Serliana ADA accessible?: Yes! Serliana is fully ADA accessible, including all guest areas and restrooms.
